The Valentine’s Day Blog Hop has some awesome cards. Valentine cards are the type of cards almost everyone gives or receives but there are not many specific Valentine’s Day products.
I really like the Country Floral DSP so I decided to center my card around it. Next, I wanted something glittery so I picked the Fine Shimmer Paper. Since the DSP is busy the card needed less to it so I used the Framed Florets die with the Soft Succulent Fine Shimmer Paper. For the sentiment I picked one from the Something Fancy stamp set and stamped it in Sweet Sorbet.
Even though I thought the DSP made the card busy, it still needed a little something. I fussy cut one of the large hearts & leaves from the DSP, glued it on to a scrap of white cardstock and fussy cut the assembly. I used dimensionals to adhere it to the front of the card. A few of the Fine Sparkle Adhesive Gems finished off the front of the card.
Since I only had the DSP and not the stamp set from the suite, I used two 4” x ½” scraps from that DSP pack & adhered them on a 4” x 5 ¼” piece of white cardstock for the inside.
The card is simple but I feel it has plenty of meaning.

Another great example of how the Framed Florets dies work in conjunction with other stamp sets. Nice!
Yes, this set is definitely one that can be used across the board!
